1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale define the conditions under which BCT Solution provides its paid services to professional users.

2. Pricing and Billing

Prices are displayed in euros, excluding taxes. Billing is monthly or annual depending on the chosen plan. Prices may be modified with 30 days' notice.

3. Payment

Payment is made by credit card through our secure payment partner Stripe. Transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI DSS standards.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the consumer's agreement.

5. Refunds

Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused months, within 14 days of the request. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

BCT Solution shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of BCT Solution's registered office.
